I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you forget your password, you can click on the "Forgotten your password?" link directly on the home page of our site. An email will then be sent to the email address used to create your account. You will then be able to modify it. Please check your junk mail, it is possible that the password change email is there.

How do I change my username?

Once your account is created, you cannot change your username.

Can I create another account?

It is forbidden for the same person to have multiple accounts. Ludicash reserves the right to close the accounts of the same player if multiple accounts are suspected.

Is my profile information visible to everyone?

Your personal information is absolutely not visible to other players. Only your nickname appears to other players when you play a game.

Do you sell my personal data?

Ludicash does not sell your personal data to third parties. All the information you provide is confidential.

Why are you asking me for my email address?

We ask you for an email address so that we can stay in touch and inform you of your actions on Ludicash. Your email address also allows you to change your password if you lose it.

If you lose your login details, your email address allows us to identify you and communicate with you in order to verify your identity.

You can change your email address in "My Account" > "My Settings" to always provide us with a valid address. In accordance with our privacy policy, we will never share your address.

How can I be sure to receive your emails?

To be sure to receive our emails in your inbox, we recommend that you add our addresses to your email contacts. In most messaging services, you have an "Add to contacts" link to the right of our email address.

What emails do you send?

We send different emails automatically:
- Account creation: when you create your account, we send you an email with a link so that you can confirm that you are the owner of the email.
- Special offers: these are emails that allow you to take advantage of benefits on Ludicash.
- Password recovery emails

How do I stop receiving emails?

If you no longer wish to receive automated emails from us, you must go to the "My Account" > "My settings" section and uncheck the boxes.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, you must go to "My Account" then "My settings". Enter your current password and then your new password, which you will need to confirm, then click on "Modify" to validate your changes.

Why create an avatar?

Creating an avatar adds a friendly atmosphere to the tables. It also allows your friends to find you more easily.

What is the "My Friends" list?

The friends list lets you know when your friends are connected to the game room.

What is the "My Ignored" list?

When a player is ignored, they cannot join a game that you have created.

Is it possible to review the history of my games?

Yes, you can review all your games, deals and players in the "Finished games" page. This is an excellent way to study your game and that of your opponent and to identify areas of your game that need improvement. To take advantage of it, go to: "My Account" > "Finished Games" > "View Game No."
